Refund Policy

Overview

We have a Fish lovers friendly refund policy, We wanted our fish lovers to be completely satisfied with our product, if due to some reason you are not satisfied with our product, based on the below situation we will be able to provide you a refund.

1. We have been notified through call/email/WhatsApp of the issue within 8 hours after the product was received 

2. There should be a verifiable product defect/ quality issues. Hence picture or video of the fish in required. 

3. Provide receipt of purchase or proof of payment.

If one or more of the conditions is not met, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or may provide full or partial credit in the form of store credit

Refund process takes 2 - 5 business working days from the mentioned / actual delivery date
